In 1973 God moved upon a grandmother to purchase a building and begin a bible study in the frontier town of Baggs, Wyoming. Over the course of 41 years what began as a small bible study grew into the “Little Snake River Community Church”. Over the years the body of Christ in Baggs experienced God’s grace through salvations, baptisms, and fellowship. The church partnered with Village Missions for some time to help fill the position of pastor.
In the past year the body once again experienced God’s changing hand in big ways starting with the calling of a new pastor, Dustin D. DeVos and his wife Mary. From that moment forward God showed it was time for LSRCC to have a significant change. Just as God renamed, Abram to Abraham, Jacob to Israel, Simon to Peter, and Saul to Paul, God moved on His body to take a new name reflective of His amazing Grace and Mercy. So as of June 10th 2018 the LSRCC is now River of Grace Bible Church.
